  6. Safaricom customer care has become too incompetent to address customers' concerns. I am extremely disapointed with the casual manner in which safaricom treats its loyal customers. I regret joining this network

  7. With all due respect am not sure this safaricom customer care serves any purpose. I get unauthorized access to my phone details, logs and messages from your system, I call safaricom and complain and am asked to go report to police, get a statement just to get help as to how this happened? I think its ridiculous given I offered al, identity and offered to okay my details being checked out, even presenting myself to a customer care center! I think its a shame and am so dissapointed.0727771101

  20. I agree that the customer care with Safaricom is the worst case scenario.Today i tried several times to get in touch but ended up futile calls. How do you even do a sim swap?Kimathi branch manager is a failure.I think Safaricom needs to have more energetic, earger to learn rather than someone telling you that i have worked with the company for certain time and doing nothing to improve the service within their jurisdition.Come on Safaricom

  22. Am do disspdisappo with Safaricom in general..I send money to wrong person.I tried to reverse it immediately but they never did...I did that 20times even more...the following day I went to safaricom desk in yaya centre they told me to come with my passport if not I call them..which I call them ,what they told me I can't be helped..the person I send the money withdrew the money and his phone is still working ,their advise was to go to police station..While they have that person number and he is a customer to safaricom,he received money through Mpesa and put credit then why should he not pay back my money..by at least restricting him?
